Christmas Workshop : Mulled Wine Mixed Berries Jam

Location: Rm 2011, Wing Hing Industrial Building, 83 Chai Wan Kok Street, Tsuen Wan
* All our workshop will use " Trehalose" , the natural sugar imported from Japan, which only have 45% sweetness of sugar. It will reduce the sweetness of the jam and enhances the unique taste of the fruit.
Workshop includes:
- All materials and tools
- 2 bottles of 100ml jam
- DIY materials for decorating the bottles
- For private class, please email us directly.
