私釀梅酒乳酪凍餅 Home-brew Japanese umeshu yogurt mousse cake

用上兩年自家浸制的日本紀洲梅酒做的甜點,外層是軟滑的乳酪慕絲,中層是用梅酒內的梅子做的慕絲,最內層是梅酒啫喱, 配上牛油厚餅底是清爽又香濃的配搭

 

芒果莎莎奶油香緹蛋糕 Taiwan mango Salsa shortcake

以海綿蛋糕為基底, 外層是用上泰國呂宋芒蒔蘿果醬和法式香緹奶油, 內餡是用上當季台灣愛文芒煮成的莎莎醬(salsa), 在甜中加一點微辣,擺脫奶油蛋糕甜膩感。

注意事項 Remarks

我們只於營業日提供客製預訂,額滿即止。
Whole cakes orders are available during our business day, while quota last.

只提供自取服務,建議於當天下午3點至6點前來, 若需要早一點可預先通知Only self pick-up service is available, recommend to come around 3-6pm. You can also contact us for earlier pick up。


• 每個原個蛋糕都會免費附送「Happy Birthday生日紙牌一個 及蠟燭一支
Each cake will come along with a candle and  a “ Happy Birthday” Plate 

• 另可加$8自定生日賀語牌,英文字不多於20個字母,或10個中文字
You can also add $8 with a custom message plate, maximum with 20 alphabets or 10 Chinese Characters.

 

• 各款甜品為新鮮材料製作, 建議客人自備保溫袋,如需要可向我們購買日本制冷凍包($5/) 取貨後請盡快食用或於保存於攝氏 4 度或以下。 切勿在室溫下存放超過 1 小時。 慕絲及奶油蛋糕, 建議請於取貨後兩天內食用完畢,以確保新鮮。
Bringing along your cooling agent is highly recommended, or you can add $5 to get a cooling agent from us if needed. We recommend refrigerating cakes at 0-4°C until ready to serve. The cakes are not allowed to sit out for longer than 1 hour.For mousse & cream Cakes, best consumed within 2 days.
